מגדל צ׳מפיון, הממוקם באזור מסחרי מתפתח בבני–ברק והפונה אל אחד מהקניונים הגדולים בישראל, משמש בית לחדרי התצוגה ולמשרדים של VW Audi, ו-Skoda. המגדל כולל 30 קומות משרדים, מעל לחמש קומות חנייה ולקומת קרקע עם חנויות, בתי קפה, מסעדות וחדרי תצוגה גדולים למכוניות. שתי החזיתות מתקשרות זו עם זו, כשאחת מצופה במחיצה לבנה גאומטרית והשנייה בזכוכית עם הפרדה אפורה אופקית ואנכית. שתי המסות חובקות זו את זו תוך יצירת דיאלוג בין שני הנפחים הללו.
Located in a developing commercial area in Bnei Brak and facing one of the largest shopping malls in Israel, Champion Tower is home to the Audi, VW and Skoda showrooms and offices. Champion Tower includes 30 office floors above five parking levels and a ground floor with retail, cafes, restaurants and the large car showrooms. Its two façades communicate with one another, one clad with glass in a geometrical white division, and the other with glass in a horizontal and vertical grey division. The two masses embrace each other, creating a dialogue between the two volumes.
